California Suites Hotel

I have been working in the hospitality industry for the last two years. For me, generosity and the positive attitude of the hotel staff matters more than the location, design or furniture. I must say, I am quite impressed with the hospitality and sense of caring displayed by the staff of California Suites Hotel. Their prompt response to the needs of the guests is worth appreciating. Whether I wanted an extra towel or hot water in the night, I didn’t have to ask twice. Next time when I come to San Diego, undoubtedly I would like to stay here only.

My insurance job is so taxing that I hardly get time to relax. But in the calm environment of the California Suites Hotel, I could relax and connect with myself. The whole setting of the hotel was peaceful with beautiful tropical flowers and so much greenery all around to cheer me up. In fact, I spent most of the time in the hotel relaxing in the green surroundings or lazing around in the warm swimming pool. My room was well furnished with everything I would need to make myself feel comfortable. The pleasant experience has made me want to come over here again soon.

I had a great time in San Diego last month. And what added to the whole experience was my stay at the California Suites Hotel. In one word, I would say that the hotel was amazing. I am a foodie. So I loved the delicious breakfast the hotel provided and that too for free. The mouth-watering buffet had everything from cereals, fresh fruits, fruit spreads, Danish, muffins, bagels, juices, espresso, bread, cream cheese, and most importantly my favorite hot chocolate. Honestly, I ate so much there that I must have gained some extra pounds. Apart from food, I loved swimming in the large pool. Awesome time. I am looking forward to staying here again.

My kids had a gala time at the California Suites Hotel. In fact they liked to spend most of their time in the warm pool that I had to literally drag them out for a city tour. Despite the fact that my hubby was held back at home at the last moment because of some urgent work and I was taking care of the kids alone, I never felt insecure in the hotel.

The staff was friendly. They were really sweet and patient while dealing with my two naughty kids. They even suggested some really cool places to visit in San Diego. I plan to come here again with all of us this time and I know where I would like to stay - here!

I had gone to San Diego for a business trip and made my reservations in California Suites Hotel for just a couple of days stay. However, it turned out to be a unique experience which I haven’t had before in my rigorous sales career. When I reached the hotel, I found my jet lag had got worse and I had developed high fever. But the hotel staff made me feel completely at home. They arranged for a doctor and brought the medicines even though it was quite late in the night. I was frankly amazed at this hospitality and concern. These are little things that actually denote how sincere a hotel is towards making its guests feel comfortable.

I have stayed at California Suites Hotel several times over the last few years and have always liked it. The hotel has a friendly staff, a great location with plenty of restaurants, theaters, and shopping centers within walking distance and just a stone’s throw away from all the major tourist spots. The rooms are fully furnished with comfortable beds and other necessary stuff one needs for oneself, such as internet, voice mail, etc. And the best part is their wonderful breakfast buffet, which comes free! Try it out. This hotel is value for money.

When I went to attend a meeting in San Diego in May, I stayed at the California Suites Hotel for two days. The hotel was located near to everything I needed to visit, the San Diego airport, the venue of the meeting and the beaches where I would take an evening stroll to unwind. I found the staff very friendly and when I requested for a wake-up call, they responded every time. The complimentary breakfast, the internet and voice mail in my room, and the location of the hotel made my trip easier for me. I would surely love to stay here in my next visits.

Due to its convenient location, right in the heart of San Diego, I must say that staying at California Suites Hotel added to my memorable experience in the city. Must say the overall set-up of the hotel was simply above my expectations, considering its budget prices.

I took my family for a ten day trip to San Diego and every one of us enjoyed staying at California Suites Hotel. Our rooms had a fantastic view of the beautiful garden with plenty of green and flowers all around. The kids spent most of the time swimming and lazing around at the warm pool. California Suites Hotel is very conveniently located near to all the super tourist spots of San Diego which made me pick this place for our vacation. The rooms were nice, nothing out of the world and the service was good and prompt. The delicious breakfast they provide was something nice to start the day with. All in all, a pleasant stay. The best thing about California Suites Hotel is its impeccable service. A budget hotel often lacks good service. But here the rooms were clean and comfortable, the free breakfast scrumptious and the large soothing swimming pool a real boon. I would like to stay here again.

I must admit that I was surprised at the prompt services and the hospitality of California Suites Hotel. They are pretty high standard considering that it is a budget hotel. Its verdant setting and lovely flowers make an instant impression as you arrive. The rooms are clean, with all the accessories you may need and the beds are comfortable. I enjoyed the huge complementary breakfast especially the hot chocolate they served. I am planning to visit San Diego this winter with my family and would definitely stay at this place. If you want to have good time at reasonable prices, then this hotel is a safe bet.

What I liked the most about California Suites Hotel is its green surroundings and the helpful staff. We landed in the middle of the night, but the hotel staff checked us in quickly. Our room was warm, cozy and waiting (the benefit of booking it in advance I guess). We didn’t face any hassles settling in. Honestly, we weren’t expecting such prompt service in a budget hotel. In fact, Ron, my husband was wondering what more we would have to go through after a long, taxing week at work and a late night flight. California Suites Hotel was a quite a surprise. A fresh complementary breakfast buffet next morning with loads of choices and a refreshing swim in the large pool took care of all the remaining fatigue. We had booked only for the weekend. Now I wish we should have extended our stay a little more. It was an awesome weekend at San Diego and of course, at this hotel too!

Staying at California Suites Hotel was a welcoming change. My husband especially loved its peaceful and green surroundings. And my two naughty kids enjoyed swimming in the warm pool. The rooms had all the facilities including internet connection and voice mail, which took a load off me really. I was wondering how to stay in touch with my editorial desk back at work. Breakfast was generous and the staff was available 24/7. The hotel is located in a safe environment. Safety is important especially when you are tagging along two naughty kids with you. The hotel is also close to all attractions like zoo, shopping centers etc. I am definitely going to stay again in this hotel with my family. A complete value for money in case you are looking for affordable family vacations.

My stay at California Suites Hotel in San Diego was quite refreshing. I felt close to nature in its beautiful garden filled with tropical flowers and plants. We enjoyed our four nights stay at California Suites Hotel. Rooms were pretty neat and clean and the free breakfast was awesome. My kids usually find it difficult to sleep over hard beds but here the beds were quite comfortable. My son especially loved the large swimming pool, he kind of forgot the beaches! The rooms may not be steeped in luxury but they were clean, which I need most in any hotel. The housekeeping was quite all right. I was quite impressed by the generous complementary breakfast. Another good thing is that you don’t have to fork out too much on traveling to the Sea World, the Zoo, the beaches and stuff. I liked staying here and next time I visit San Diego, I guess I won’t have to hunt around for a good lodging again!

California Suites hotel is a nice place to stay in San Diego. I had gone with my family. Our flight had got delayed so we arrived a little late at night. But the staff was really friendly and co-operated with us. The rooms were well furnished and squeaky clean. The Internet facility in our rooms was a complete surprise. That really eased things for me. This hotel offers a whole lot on its breakfast menu and that too for free! Our kids had a whale of a time and so did we. With lots of good restaurants nearby, we didn’t have to worry about lunch and dinners. The pool was fantastic. Also the hotel is located close to the Zoo and Sea World and the beaches. Taking the kids out was easy, commuting didn’t cost us much. Whenever I am in San Diego again, I would love to stay in this hotel. Overall it is a decent place to stay with your family. Besides, the rates are reasonable too.
