It also owns InnSuites Hotels, formerly known as Realty Hotel Lessee Corporation, is a wholly owned subsidiary that maintains operations in Arizona, New Mexico and Southern California. InnSuites Hotels facilities include more than 800 suites that feature as microwave ovens, refrigerators, flat-screen televisions, high-speed Internet access and coffee makers. Its facilities also offer complimentary breakfast.
