Worst experience and by far the worst small business owner. Unprofessional and rude.

Active duty Marine making a cross-country move with a haul truck pulling an auto trailer. Had a blow out on the AT about 30 miles west of Las Cruces. Made the call to haul road assistance and was notified by their system that service would arrive in approximately 75 minutes (Map route from his Canuttllo location to Mile Marker 116 on I-10). After 60 minutes, I called and the owner answered. I asked how much longer it wold be for someone to arrive and he said another hour. I explained to him that Uhaul said it would be 75 minutes and it was only 52 miles away. Well he got pretty fired up to say the least and threatened me to call off his driver. I played the part so this prick wouldn't leave me stranded.

Charlie's Reyes service is WOW!!!!!

He saved us in our 43' motor coach twice in the same day. He walked us through a major air break failure over the phone and fixed the minor problem in less than 15 minutes.
