Horendous, run, very unprofessional to be kind.never met the attorney or even paralegal, sent a clerk to do our pre-arranged closing. What a joke. Documents had to altered after our signing, never called to get approvals, just did it. Would not return phone calls, floated nearly 1M for three days to cash in on interest. Cannot say enough on how poor they are in service. Run fast. Had to give 1 star just for this to register. How pitiful a firm.

As a property seller we elected to allow Samantha to be the closing attorney as chosen by the real estate agent of the buyer. At a closing appointment, only a clerk was available to explain our documents. Neither a paralegal nor Samantha, ever introduced themselves, nor thanked us for our business. We had to interpret all documents ourselves. Buyers closed the following week, the wire transfer of funds were delayed until late afternoon, so they could be floated for 3 days. Was nearly a $1M closing. Final closing documents were altered without even a courtesy call for approval. An e-mail exchange with the paralegal late Friday ensued and noted I would call on Monday to discuss my experience. A phone call to Samantha on the following Monday was not returned. They seem to be way to busy to be bothered with normal customer contact. Very unprofessional, recommend to find a firm that understand professional courtesy and customer service. My rating-less than poor. Tom Haffner, Cornelius NC
