I went to Manuel Auto Group trying to purchase a car and when I got there, the sign on the window said "No credit, bad credit, NO problem. This of course, was not true. From the outside in, this company is full of lies. They told me that I would be approved to get a car and that they wanted me to pick out the car that I wanted. So, I did so. I had my heart set on this car. We sat up there for 7 hours waiting to get approved and did not hear anything from them until the next morning. I had offered to put down more than 10% of what the car was worth and when they contacted me, they wanted 2,500 down on this car. It was rediculous. They had us jumping through hoops trying to get this car (back and forth phone calls, stress, and faxing over paper work). When they could not get me approved, the guy that was working with me, never contacted me, he just blocked my phone number. They also gave my phone number out to another dealership (which was not approved).

This company will tell you lies after lies and promise you things that they cannot do. Do not go to this company. They are horrible and dishonest.
